Ghana

Ghana is located on the southern coast of what is referred to as the West African bulge. Ghana is situated to the east of Togo, west of the lovely Ivory Coast, and northwest by Burkina Faso for an exciting West Africa tour.

The highest point of Ghana is Mount Afadjato, approximately 2900 feet in a range of hills on the border in the east. On our West Africa tours, backpackers, tourists and globetrotters can admire many of the other rivers, which terminate in brackish lagoons. There are no natural harbors.

During West Africa tours, the tourist can focus on southern Ghana, near Takoradi, Accra and along the coastline of the Cape Coast. For the animal lover and adventurer, a tourist can view animals in national Mole Park.
